The Perna
in our Glyco-Flex® EQ series provides the horse
with many of the factors necessary to maintain healthy connective
tissue as well as support the normal processes required
for injured or aged joints. Because age, breed, diet, lifestyle,
injury, and stress can affect the health of any joint's structure
and function, Vetri-Science® Laboratories offers two distinct
products designed to meet the needs of your horse throughout
its life.
For over
22 years, the Perna mussel in our Equine Glyco-Flex® has
been used to support joint function in both young and older horses
with various stages of joint health. Glyco-Flex® EQ contains 4300 mg of Perna Canaliculus, in a palatable
powder or pellet. Glyco-Flex® II EQ contains 3000 mg of Perna Canaliculus, 2000 mg of Glucosamine, 1000 mg of Methylsulfonylmethane, and Magnese in a palatable powder or pellet. |
